This upcoming KD 16 is made for the New York vs New York , an annual summer tournament that brings together the crème de la crème from six summer leagues – Watson (Bronx), West 4th (Manhattan), Lincoln Park (Queens), Gersh (Brooklyn), Dyckman (Manhattan), and Tri-State (Manhattan).
It sports a wine upper with gold piping that laps the upper. Metallic gold Swooshes flank the heel/achilles area, along with a gold button on the rear heel that reads “EASY”. The tongue reads “NY vs NY” as a reference to the tournament, replacing the typical KD logo that normally occupies the space, while cream appears at the inner and laces.
Underneath resides a maroon midsole and a cream-bordered translucent rubber outsole.
